Amharc ar fhreagraA request to open an appeal in this case will be made to the Social Welfare Appeals Office. Whether the appeal is accepted, due to the time lapse since the decision issued in September 2009, is a matter for the Chief Appeals Officer. The Social Welfare Appeals Office is an office of the Department that is independently responsible for determining appeals against decisions on social welfare entitlements.
