Ceist:212 Deputy Dan Neville asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government his plans to bring forward a housing strategy for people with disabilities; if he will ensure that the strategy is published without delay and that the provisions for mental health remain intact and are not watered down; if he will include comprehensive guidelines relating to persons with mental health problems which would include clarifying the agency responsible for providing housing supports for people with mental health problems as well as the way these supports will be delivered; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
