295 Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo is entitled to a State contributory pension based on their working partnership with their spouse. [16727/10]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Department has recently investigated an application from the person concerned to have a commercial partnership recognised back to 1988. A decision accepting that the partnership existed will issue shortly and the position on the State Pension Contributory will then be examined at that stage.
