Ceist:53 Deputy James Bannon asked the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the Health Service Executive is to be permitted to construct a primary care centre and HSE offices for Longford at Ballyminion, Farranyoogan, County Longford in the River Camlin flood plain area opposite Flancare industrial area, while there are many other locations in Longford town, such as the Axis centre, on an elevated site, which would be more suitable; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
