217 Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive their de-stocking payment from the national parks and wildlife service; when they last received such payments; and when their next payment is due. My Department is awaiting receipt of confirmation from the applicant's farm planner of compliance by the applicant with the provisions of the farm plan. Payment can be made when this confirmation is received. The previous payment due to the applicant issued on 11 December 2009.
