Ceist:277 Deputy Frank Feighan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills the reason her Department invalidated a concessionary fare ticket in respect of a student (details supplied) in County Mayo on the grounds that school buses will not drop children off to childminders or relatives who have been given authority to receive them; and if she will investigate this unannounced provision and investigate this particular case.
