Amharc ar fhreagraOn 18 June last, I signed the Public Service Pension Rights Order 2010 (S.I. 302/2010) which extends by a year the period within which the superannuation benefits of retiring public servants will be unaffected by the pay adjustments set out in the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No.2) Act 2009. The period now runs to 31 December 2011.
