Amharc ar fhreagraThe details of my proposals for a Legal Costs Bill are well advanced in my Department in line with a commitment in the Government Legislation Programme, the National Recovery Plan 2011-2014 and the Programme of Financial Support for Ireland.
The proposals for a Family Law Bill are being advanced in my Department as quickly as possible, subject to the disposal of other priorities.
