150 Deputy Paul Kehoe asked the Minister for Transport in respect of the N11 Oilgate to Rosslare bypass, if all spending on this proposal ceased; if a decision on the route will be announced in the future; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2944/11]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe construction, improvement and maintenance of national roads, is a matter for the National Roads Authority (NRA) under Sections 17 and 19 of the Roads Acts 1993, as amended, in conjunction with the local authorities concerned. I have no function in relation to the issues raised by the Deputy.
