148 Deputy Tom Hayes asked the Minister for Transport if he has investigated the inclusion of the following elements in driver testing: driving outside a 50 km/h zone, driving on a motorway, or similar situation, navigating complex roundabouts, emergency stop and proper lane management; when these elements were included on the test; if not included in the test, when they will be introduced; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
