Amharc ar fhreagraIn the light of the information supplied, the person concerned would not be entitled to a statutory redundancy payment. The individual does not appear to have at least two years continuous service with the company in question, as required under the Redundancy Payments Acts. It is up to the employer concerned in the first instance to determine whether or not there is in fact a redundancy situation.
