Ceist:511 Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Health the reason behind the decision to cut staff numbers at a care centre (details supplied) in County Dublin further, which will now have only five staff, down from nine in 2010 and still trying to deliver 24 hours a day, seven days a week respite to 27 families.
