209. The application received from the club referred to by the Deputy was unsuccessful as it was invalid. It was deemed invalid on two grounds. Firstly, the applicant did not sign the section of the application form certifying, among other things, that the information supplied was correct and that the club would not deny anybody access to the facilities. Secondly, the evidence of title to the property where the proposed facility was to be located did not state that the applicant's lease is registered in the Property Registration Authority or is pending registration. These requirements were clearly set out in the application form and the guide to filling out the application form.
