138. Deputy John O'Mahony asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation when a decision will be made on an appeal in respect of a person (details supplied) who has sought an extension to a work permit; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [51601/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraA Work Permit application in respect of the person named by the Deputy was refused on 21 October 2013. In accordance with Section 13 of the Employment Permits Act 2006 a review of this decision was sought by the applicant. I can inform the Deputy that a Work Permit issued on 29 November 2013 on foot of this review.
