I propose to take Questions Nos. 247 and 248 together.

The National Transport Authority (NTA) has responsibility for securing the provision of public bus transport services, including Public Service Obligation (PSO) services and services under the Rural Transport Programme. I have therefore forwarded the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply.  Will the Deputy please advise my private office if he does not receive a reply within ten working days.
