Turbary Rights
413. Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine his plans for the future of the turbary scheme in respect of Kilbride bog, County Mayo (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [52632/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraPreliminary work was carried out a number of years ago to deal with the possible disposal of the turbary rights still on hands in the Carrowleagh area but due to the limited resources available a Scheme did not proceed. It is anticipated that the matter will be re-examined in 2014 and the individual named will be contacted if a Scheme to dispose of the turbary rights is proceeding.
