369. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection the basis on which overpayment was deemed to have been paid in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; if she will review this decision; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [25981/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn overpayment of jobseekers allowance was assessed in this case as the Department became aware that the person concerned was undertaking a full-time course of education and was not available for employment. A full review of this case will be undertaken and the person concerned will be informed of the outcome of the review in due course.
