459. Deputy Ruth Coppinger asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government his plans to repair the homes of social housing tenants of Respond in Parnell Estate, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15, in view of the fact that they have been paying full rent to Respond, despite the pyrite-related deficiencies in their homes and resulting extra heating costs. My Department understands that Respond Housing Association are dealing with this matter in the context of the terms and conditions of the construction contract for the housing scheme. There are no proposals with my Department in relation to this matter.
