268. Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo is entitled to a payment under the single payment scheme for 2012 following their acceptance of the 3% cross-compliance penalty imposed. [3780/15]

The 2012 Single Payment application in respect of the person named is currently under review. An official of my Department has made direct contact with the person named on issues relating to this application. It is expected that the outstanding issues will be successfully resolved.
