Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Health the reason operating theatre space in the Mid-Western Regional Hospital, Ennis, County Clare, remains under-utilised at a time patients are waiting considerable periods of time for surgical procedures; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
