Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Education and Skills if she will arrange for her Department to contact an interested party with regard to the acquisition of a site currently owned by her Department (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that officials from my Department have contacted the interested party. The lands to which the Deputy refers are not in my ownership and this information has been communicated to the party in question.
