Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Education and Skills the status of the appeals made by a number of this Deputy's constituents (details supplied) to the school transport appeals board; if their appeals will be considered valid; if consideration has been given to the need for a mechanism, whereby a common sense approach can be applied by Bus Éireann, in situations such as the one regarding Mamore Gap; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
