Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government arising from replies to previous parliamentary questions and indications provided therein, the extent to which progress has taken place in negotiations between the various stakeholders at Waterways, Sallins, County Kildare, including the National Asset Management Agency, KPMG and Kildare County Council, with the objective of completing the development in accordance with planning permission; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
