172. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) in County Sligo will have a claim cleared for payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [36935/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraAn application under the 2015 Basic Payment/Area of Natural Constraint Scheme was received in my Department from the person named on 15 May 2015. Following processing, a dual claim was disclosed in respect of one of the parcels declared. Following correspondence from officials in my Department, this query has been resolved in favour of the applicant. The application is being further processed and payment will issue as soon as possible to the nominated bank account.
