Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Health the action taken by his Department or the Health Service Executive in dealing with the breach of the no-smoking policy in the wards of St. Luke's Hospital in County Kilkenny; if the policy is now restored; if the patient and family who made the complaint have been satisfied by the explanation; and if an apology has been issued to all patients affected.
