207. Deputy Seán Kenny asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if he will approve funding for the appointment of three additional full-time accountants for the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [43845/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department secured sanction for the recruitment of five additional accountants for the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement in October 2014. Funding for those accountants was allocated to the Office for 2015 and again for 2016. An advertisement seeking applications for the Accountant's posts was placed by the Public Appointment Service on the 27 November 2015 with a closing date of the 17 December for receipt of applications.
