Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the arrangements in place for persons with literacy issues and difficulties who wish to make complaints to the Taxi Regulator, and he will allow persons to submit complaints orally; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
