430. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of an appeal by a person (details supplied) in County Kerry under the agri-environment options scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1560/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named lodged a complaint with my Department’s Quality Service Unit on 7 July 2015. A very comprehensive breakdown of his case was included in the reply that issued from the Unit dated 25 August 2015. Having concluded their review of the matter, the Unit also in formed the person named that he had the further option of contacting the Office of the Ombudsman if he still felt unfairly treated.
