431. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 85 of 9 December 2015, when payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1561/16]

An application under the 2015 Areas of Natural Constraints Scheme was received from the person named on 1 May, 2015. Processing of this application has recently been finalised, and payment is due to issue to the nominated bank account of the person named shortly.
