319. Deputy Kevin O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when he will issue the balance of a payment to a person (details supplied) in County Cork under the basic payment scheme. [5987/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named submitted a Transfer of Allocation Right and Reference Value application to my Department seeking the transfer of allocation rights and values following the division of a holding into two or more holdings. This application was fully processed and payment under the Basic Payment Scheme issued on 29th January 2016. Balancing payments are due to issue in late April/early May 2016 when all applications under the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme are finalised.
