Durkan asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if he is satisfied regarding the availability of sufficient aftercare workers to Tusla - Child and Family Agency to ensure full implementation of the provisions of the Childcare (Amendment) Act 2015 for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
