The maintenance works at the school to which the Deputy refers is window replacement and spalling concrete repairs. The brief for the works has now been finalised in my Department. The project is being devolved for delivery by the school itself. In this regard, the school has been informed that my Department will be writing to the Board of Management shortly to provide it with the brief and guidance on how to proceed with the procurement of the project.
