210. Deputy Jim Daly asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of applications that have been refused for injury warrants under the Superannuation Acts since 1995 within his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [35983/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraOfficials at the Human Resources Unit of my Department are not aware of any officials having submitted a case since 1995 under the terms of the Superannuation Act Scheme 1887. In the event the Deputy has a concern about a particular case, he should provide me with more details and I will request officials at my Department to enquire into the matter.
