436. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Education and Skills to outline the extent to which he expects to be in a position to accede to the request for extra facilities, including a sports hall, at a school (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1661/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraI can confirm that the school referred to by the Deputy has submitted an application, for significant capital funding for additional school accommodation to my Department. My Department is currently assessing the application and expects to be in a position to convey a decision on the application to the school shortly.
