Broughan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if consideration will be given to introducing legislation to provide for a licence for those selling pets irrespective of the number of pets sold which would include a requirement for licensed sellers of pets to display their licence number when advertising, regardless of the means used to advertise; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
