Deputy Eamon Scanlon asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation if her Department and IDA Ireland have identified a client to invest in the new facility at the Finisklin industrial estate in County Sligo; when an announcement is expected regarding same; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by IDA Ireland that the 31,000 square foot Advance Technology Building located in Finisklin Business Park Sligo is due for completion at the end of next month. I understand that this building is already being actively marketed by the Agency to all potential investors.
