Broughan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the additional funding that will be made available to the Health Service Executive, HSE, for section 39 organisations' pay restoration in view of the fact that pay cuts were imposed following 2009 funding cuts from the HSE; the decisions taken regarding section 39 organisations in the discussions around pay restoration; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
