537. Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Education and Skills the steps he will take regarding the hold up in progress at a school (details supplied) in Cashel, County Tipperary, in the provision of car parking at the school complex due to the delay in the transfer of land from the Department of Health to his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy is aware, officials in my Department are currently working to progress the acquisition of the property in question from the Health Service Executive.  This process is currently at conveyancing stage.

I can assure the Deputy that all parties are working to advance matters as quickly as possible.
