165. Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of posts that have changed location in Tipperary ETB in each of the years 2013 to 2016 and to date in 2017; the details of these posts; and the locations which they changed from and to. [41364/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs ETB teachers are employed by the ETB scheme, movement between schools from time to time and in accordance with changing needs is expected. In relation to administrative staff, my Department has been informed by the ETB that no administrative posts have changed location to date. However, where opportunities for internal acting-up appointments and consequential vacancies arise, existing staff are facilitated where possible, in remaining in their base location for the duration of the temporary appointment.
