681. Deputy Shane Cassells asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development the photography costs for his Department in each year since March 2011 inclusive of costs incurred from the use of the ministerial allowance; the list of occasions for which photographers were booked; the photographers used; the costs associated with each occasion that a photographer was used, in tabular form; if there is a policy regarding the booking of photographers within his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The Department of Rural and Community Development was established on 19 July 2017. Any information relating to the functions transferred to this Department, for the requested period prior to that date, will be reported by the relevant previous parent Departments in their responses.

My Department is currently in the process of tendering for a photography service through the framework provided by the Office of Government Procurement, which is available to all Departments.

The information on photography costs relevant to my Department, since its establishment, is set out in the following table:.
