416. Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Education and Skills if a contractor has been appointed to carry out works on a school (details supplied); the start date for works to commence on-site; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1380/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department is currently awaiting the return of the completed tender report and when this is received and considered my Department will revert directly to the school regarding progression of the project to the next stage. Subject to no issues arising with the tender report or the supplementary tender report which will follow, it is anticipated that construction should commence in the second quarter of 2018.
