Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health if the public ownership of the new maternity hospital will be guaranteed in view of public concern regarding the ownership of the new hospital; if the proposed site for the building will transfer to public ownership; if it will entail a loan, licence or a lease; if assurance will be provided to the public in this regard prior to the final agreement being reached; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
