642. Deputy James Browne asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government when Irish Water will issue a discharge licence to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4426/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraSince 1 January 2014, Irish Water has statutory responsibility for all aspects of water services planning, delivery and operation at national, regional and local levels. Discharge licences are an operational matter for the utility and I have no function in such matters.
