Deputy Jonathan O'Brien asked the Minister for Education and Skills if his attention has been drawn to the number of secondees from QQI; the locations in which they are working; the role and grade of each; if they are counted as part of the whole-time equivalent numbers for Quality and Qualifications Ireland, QQI; if they are being paid in whole or in part by QQI for each year since 2012; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
