Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation if land procured by the IDA for use by foreign multinational corporations is retained in ownership by the State or the IDA and leased to those corporations on a leasehold basis; and if not, if the land is transferred into the ownership of foreign industry following its procurement by the IDA.
