201. Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if matters raised by a person (details supplied) in correspondence will be addressed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27077/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Deputy is referring to correspondence dated 14 June, 2018 from the St. Margaret’s Concerned Residents Group, which sets out the Group's objections to Fingal Country Council being nominated as the Competent Authority for the purpose of EU Regulation 598/2014.
I will be responding to the Group directly in the coming days.
