Broughan asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development if he will report on the community enhancement programme of €4.5 million; the steps local community development projects need to take to access this funding in 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraI launched the Community Enhancement Programme in May 2018. The programme replaces and builds on RAPID and the Community Facilities Scheme. It is administered by Local Community Development Committees in each local authority area and is currently open for applications.
