237. Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Education and Skills if the interdepartmental committee he has convened to examine the way in which existing mainstream State services can best meet the needs of survivors into the future has met; the committee's reporting mechanisms; and if the outcomes of the committee's work will be made public. Officials from my Department have had initial communications with the various relevant Government Departments and will be arranging a first meeting of the Interdepartmental Committee as soon as possible after all responses to initial enquiries are available.

The committee's reporting mechanisms are also being finalised.
