Deputy Timmy Dooley asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if he is provided with quarterly reports with regard to the metropolitan area networks; if so, the nature of the reports; if he will release those reports; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraenet, as part of its contractual obligations under the MSE I and MSE II Concession Agreements submits quarterly reports to the Department in relation to the Phase I and Phase II Metropolitan Area Networks (MANs). These reports include financial, operational and administrative information that is commercially sensitive and confidential and therefore the reports are not made publically available.
