190. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection when an application by a person (details supplied) in County Donegal for illness benefit will be processed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [47458/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person concerned is currently in receipt of Maternity Benefit since the 24th August 2018 which overlaps with her Illness Benefit claim.
This overlap is being dealt with currently and any arrears due to her will be paid in the coming days.
